Key Responsibilities : 1. Talent Acquisition :
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
2. HR Operations :
Manage day-to-day HR operations , including employee data management, HRIS administration, documentation, and compliance.Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry best practices.Oversee the performance management process , ensuring regular evaluations and development plans.Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and files.3. Employee Engagement & Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture through engagement initiatives and communication strategies.Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend retention strategies.4. HR Strategy & Analytics :
Support strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion.Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide insights and drive decision-making.Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management and leadership development.Required Skill Sets :
5+ years’ experience with PG Degree in Human Resource ManagementDemonstrated ability to improve employee moraleStrong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skillsExceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent decision-making and analytical skillsAbility to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with Human Resources Information SystemsIndustry
