Senior Business Development Manager Location : Mumbai Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and manage on-ground sales operations. The role involves identifying prospects closing deals and building strong customer relationships in the HORECA retail and SME sector Key.

Responsibilities :

Identify and engage potential customers through field visits referrals and partnerships.

Present Circolifes AC subscription model and explain value propositions to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong post-sale relationships for renewals and referrals.

Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth delivery and onboarding.

Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data in CRM tools.

Requirements

Requirements :

Graduate with 15 years of experience in B2B or field sales (preferably in HVAC electrical appliances or subscription-based products).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer relationship management ability.

Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a field-based role.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
