Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to closing — for our CRM SaaS product. You will be working with clients across various industries and must possess a strong understanding of solution-based selling and the SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through field visits, networking, events, and cold outreach.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our CRM platform can add value.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client use cases.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts.
Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements :
2–5+ years of field sales experience in SaaS, ideally CRM or B2B software.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience selling to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar).
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Nice to Have :
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
Familiarity with API integrations and SaaS implementation cycles.
