Senior Principal Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

Experience Required : 8+ years in software development (with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails)

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

• Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails, with strong object-oriented design and analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in building REST APIs and developing microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding and practical application of common design patterns.
• Frontend development experience using React.js (or a similar JavaScript framework) and CSS.
• Proficiency in MySQL and database concepts, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Track record as a key contributor within engineering teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and uphold high standards of software quality.
