As a Redmine Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Redmine, an open-source project management tool.

You will work closely with teams to ensure seamless integration, optimize performance, and create user friendly workflows tailored to our organizations Responsibilities and Development :

• Customize Redmine to meet specific project and organizational needs.
• Develop plugins to extend Redmines functionality.
• Modify and enhance existing plugins and :
• Integrate Redmine with other tools and systems, such as CI / CD pipelines, CRM, or reporting tools.
• Implement APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless data and Maintenance :
• Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and optimize system performance.
• Perform regular upgrades and ensure compatibility with the latest Redmine Enhancements :
• Improve the user interface and overall usability of Redmine.
• Implement themes and layout changes as and Documentation :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Document customizations, configurations, and processes for internal Skills :
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and Redmine development.
• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Experience in developing Redmine plugins and customizing workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Linux server and Experience :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Rubi on Rails or Redmine customization and development.
