Job descriptionDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Lead project execution by coordinating team members, resources, and third-party vendors. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Facilitate regular project meetings and prepare project documentation. Foster collaboration and effective communication among project team members. Implement project management best practices and methodologies. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned. Bachelor's / master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role 4+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Proficient in project management software / tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects. Problem-solving and risk management expertise. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
