- Key Responsibilities
I. Client Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with prospective clients across Pharma, CDMO, Diagnostics, R&D, Nutraceuticals, and related industries.
- Reach out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, email campaigns, procurement databases, and trade portals.
- Conduct research to identify key contacts in procurement and related business functions.
- Maintain and update a CRM or lead database, ensuring consistent follow-up to convert leads into opportunities.
- Track outreach effectiveness, campaign performance, and lead conversion KPIs, and share regular reports.
- II. Marketing Collateral & Content Development
- Create and manage professional marketing content – brochures, product sheets, presentations, and case studies.
- Develop and publish LinkedIn content, website updates, and targeted digital campaigns aligned with GR Intrachem's global business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure impactful and visually consistent communication materials.
- III. Digital & Brand Marketing
- Enhance GR Intrachem's digital presence through SEO optimization, content strategy, and targeted online outreach.
- Plan and support exhibition and event marketing for key global industry events, such as CPhI, BIO, etc.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and engagement platforms.
- Requirements
- Education

- Minimum :
- Master's in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences

- Preferred :
- Bachelor's in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience
- Minimum : 5+ years in B2B marketing or business development within pharma, CDMO, chemical, or allied industries
- Preferred : 8+ years in a mix of marketing and business development roles
- Competencies
Minimum :
- Familiarity with pharma, CDMO, and chemical industry
- Proficient in sales and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe, etc.)
- Proficient with CRM tools and marketing analytics
- Understanding of procurement and sourcing
- Roles / responsibilities :
- Ability to identify and engage with the right client decision-makers
- Skilled in creating marketing materials, semi-technical content, and client interactions
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Proactive, self-driven, aggressive, and sales-oriented mindset
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and adapt strategies based on client feedback and market changes
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and SEO
