Key Areas of Responsibility include
Validates client contracts for submission to Order Processing via internal systemProvides administrative support for the Sales team with assigned TasksGenerates Monthly & Special reports as needed for Sales Team reviewWorks closely with Sales leadership to redefine process and procedures as necessarySupports Sales Team training initiatives including creating & presenting training materialsProcess an Order Change Request by working directly with Client or Sales Rep.Review & submit Project Cancellations to Order Processing TeamManages lead creation & facilitates distribution to the Sales TeamRequired Profile
Associates degree or equivalent degree in Information Systems Business Communications or related field (can be substituted for 2 years of work experience)Must be comfortable to work in nigh shift (5 : 00PM - 2 : 15AM)2-3 years experience in sales support role with healthcare IT industry preferredExperience using a leading CRM Application System strongly preferred (SAP Salesforce etc.)Able to perform and manage multiple priorities with a fast-paced environmentHigh sales acumenWell-organized and highly focused Strong attention to detailAble to work well cross-functionallyExcellent communication (verbal / written) skillsBe able to identify problems and offer solutionsConvinced Submit your persuasive application now (including desired salary and earliest possible starting date).
