Role Overview

We are looking for a  Partner Relationship Manager  who will be responsible for acquiring new partners, onboarding them into the platform, managing their performance, and ensuring they deliver high-quality service.

This role directly impacts customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify and recruit new service partners (maids, cooks, helpers, quick-help workers).
• Conduct interviews, verify documents, and ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Explain Doorush policies, pricing, incentives, and service quality expectations.
• Guide partners through app usage, training, and setup during onboarding.
