SDET Corporate Trainer

Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our testing COE team and support our training programs in SDET, DevOps, Agile etc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering training on Selenium, Java, Playwright, Rest Assured, Cypress, Karate, Playwright, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, API Testing and Mobile Testing. This role requires a trainer with strong hands-on experience to create customized training modules, deliver engaging sessions and continuously improve training content to align with industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium and associated technologies.
• Design and conduct training on API testing, including API automation tools like Karate, Rest Assured etc. along with Functional testing in API Testing
• Conduct workshops, webinars and live sessions to enhance team knowledge and skillset in Automation Testing, DevOps, API and Agile.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to create new training modules, videos and hands-on labs.
• Continuously assess and update training content to stay aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends in automation and quality engineering
• Deliver effective training to employees at all levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support teams in practical troubleshooting and solving real-world testing, DevOps etc.
• Work with stakeholders to customize training solutions for different business needs and use cases.
• Mentor junior trainers and help maintain a collaborative learning environment.
