We are looking for a  Maintenance Manager  who can ensure maximum uptime, zero breakdowns, and complete technical stability of our plant.

Role Overview

You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventive & predictive maintenance, and ensure continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all plant machinery, electricals & utilities
• Implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules
• Reduce machine downtime & ensure uninterrupted production
• Maintain spare parts inventory & maintenance planning systems
• Conduct root-cause analysis of breakdowns & implement permanent fixes
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, audits & statutory requirements
• Coordinate closely with Production & QC for smooth operations
• Lead & train technicians and external service teams
