About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Ariba Procurement and Commerce Automation Specialist with 8+ years of experience to join our team on a 12-month, extendable contract. This fully remote role, operating on a Saudi Shift (Sunday to Thursday), is critical for implementing, managing, and optimizing our SAP Ariba solutions.

You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless procurement operations by leveraging the full capabilities of the platform, focusing heavily on P2P processes, integration via CIG, and customizing Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ariba Solution Implementation : Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the SAP Ariba Buying (Procure-to-Pay / P2P) and Commerce Automation (CA) solutions.
• Integration Management (CIG) : Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using the SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to ensure robust and seamless connectivity between Ariba and backend ERP systems (e.g., S / 4HANA, ECC).
• Business Network Expertise : Manage and leverage the Ariba Business Network to ensure seamless collaboration with the supplier base, specifically covering critical processes like electronic e-invoicing and order exchange.
• Customization and Workflow : Design, configure, and manage complex Ariba workflows and customizations (e.g., approval processes) to meet unique and specific business process requirements.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing guidance on Ariba Procurement processes and driving the adoption of industry best practices.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain high-quality technical and functional specifications, detailed process flows, and comprehensive training materials for end-users and support teams.
• Upstream Support (Advantageous) : Utilize expertise in Ariba Sourcing (if applicable) to provide technical support and integration insights for the upstream procurement processes.
