Roles & Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

• Build highly talented, top-performing, efficient, autonomous engineering teams.
• Set performance goals / objectives working along with the team member.
• Evaluating performance, including team input.
• Providing input, guidance, and corrective actions.
• Planning & training and other skills development for the team.
• Be the first level of escalation point for any delivery related issues across programs that he / she is assigned.
• Lead and coordinate design & code reviews across teams.
• Maintain Quality Focus & reporting engineering metrics.
• Participate in Retrospective workshops, PI planning, System Demo, and Solution Demo.
• Listen to and support teams for problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision-making.
• Track key performance metrics at the team level through Jira.
• Drive tactical team-level improvement for Scrum processes.
• Coordinating with product leads to drive alignment on sprint priorities.
• Drive improvements in release quality.
• Able to identify, coach and mentor team members to become servant leaders of Agile programs and self-directed teams.
