Flavor & Format Innovation Specialist (Herbal Foods & Beverages) (Only 24h Left)

We’re looking for a hands-on Flavor & Application Specialist who can turn our high performance bitter botanicals into delicious, food-like formats that people love.

This is a full-time opportunity at our fully equipped, chemical R&D lab in Dadar, Mumbai.

✅ What You Will Do

• Reduce bitterness in products like ColCalm, Kalmegh Bitters, TumGard
• Create on-the-go formats : mini shots, sachets, teas, chewables, snackables
• Prototype weekly in our pilot kitchen — taste, tweak, iterate fast
• Build 2–3 flavour variants with real food ingredients
• Improve mouthfeel & aftertaste without adding artificial junk
• Maintain formula efficacy while enhancing enjoyment
