The Business Analyst in the Fulfilment Team will play a pivotal role in an agile delivery environment, focusing on optimizing and enhancing order management systems (OMS) such as IBM Sterling. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions that improve fulfilment operations and customer satisfaction.
THE GIG :
As a Business Analyst, you will :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for fulfilment processes.
- Analyze and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the successful implementation and integration of OMS technologies, particularly IBM Sterling.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and system configurations.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an agile delivery environment.Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS) technologies, particularly IBM Sterling.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in OMS technologies such as IBM Sterling or any OMS platformFamiliarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Understanding of integration technologies and APIs.Knowledge of SQL and database management. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.Nice to Have :
