Job descriptionComplete ownership of product testing and release, designing automation frameworks for UI & batch components Develop an automation strategy to support regression testing. Create a standard framework for automation testing, performance testing, security, and penetration testing Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing efforts and increase reliability through automation Execute security testing protocols to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement measures to fortify product security. Provide technical leadership and support the creation of complex test cases. Lead and mentor QA teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation in testing approaches. Evaluate, select, and formulate the best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications. Establish design principles for test automation and performance testing, and provide recommendations as needed. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA, and recommend and implement improvements to existing processes. Possess a passion for achieving technical excellence with a focus on product quality and reliability. Create and monitor QA Metrics and measure them regularly to create a trend graph Communicate testing progress and test results on a monthly / weekly basis. Collaborate with product teams to strategize and align long-term solutions for test automation including roadmap, tools, and framework approach.
