Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or equivalent education Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce Hands on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Marketing and Experience) will be an added advantage. Expertise in Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and knowledge of Salesforce APIs Good knowledge of handling & simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT, etc. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Should possess Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s). Other Salesforce certification(s) are an added advantage. Experience in Agile methodology and ways of working Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally Analysis and Problem solving Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English Ideally experience with Augmenting Software Development through the use GenAI specializes in implementing, configuring, and managing SAP software solutions to optimize business processes. Key responsibilities include : Implementation : Deploy and customize SAP solutions based on client requirements. Configuration : Configure various SAP modules (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM,SAP Integration). Analysis : Gather and analyze business requirements to develop effective SAP strategies. Support : Provide training and support to end-users. Troubleshooting : Conduct testing and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Familiarity with SAP applications and modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
