QA / Testing Engineer

Role : QA / Testing Engineer Experience : 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities :

Perform manual and automation testing for websites, mobile applications, and custom-built applications .

Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts .

Identify, report, and track bugs / issues through to resolution.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Conduct regression, functional, performance, and usability testing .

Suggest improvements in processes, user experience, and product reliability.

Technical Skills Required :

Strong experience in manual testing (web + mobile).

Good understanding of automation tools

Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).

Solid understanding of SDLC / STLC and QA methodologies .

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
