Job description

Role : QA / Testing Engineer

Experience : 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform manual and automation testing for websites, mobile applications, and custom-built applications .
  • Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts .
  • Identify, report, and track bugs / issues through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regression, functional, performance, and usability testing .
  • Suggest improvements in processes, user experience, and product reliability.

Technical Skills Required :

  • Strong experience in manual testing (web + mobile).
  • Good understanding of automation tools
  • Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC / STLC and QA methodologies .

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
