Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Workforce Compensation & Benefits

4–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with specialization in Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules.

Expertise in Fast Formulas for automating complex compensation calculations and processes.

Hands-on experience in integrating Workforce Compensation with other HR systems .

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits , including life event triggers and collapsing event rules .

Proficient in configuring benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules.

Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements .

Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support .

Good knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks .

Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days / less are highly preferred
