Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Sr. Consultant)

Location : All USI Locations

Experience : 6–8 Years

Shift Timing : 11 AM – 8 PM IST

Work Mode : Hybrid

Open Positions : 3

Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants with subject matter expertise (SME) in one of the following modules :

Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labour

Oracle HCM Cloud Talent

The ideal candidate should have strong implementation experience, functional expertise, and a solid understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Conduct requirement gathering workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Analyze and document as-is and to-be processes.

Prepare and review functional design specification documents.

Design and configure complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.

Configure scenarios in relevant HCM Cloud modules.

Collaborate with small and large teams across project lifecycles.

Ensure best practices in solution design and functional delivery.

Required Skills :

6–8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience.

SME in one of the following modules : Payroll, Time & Labour, or Talent.

Hands-on experience in full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations.

Strong understanding of HR business processes.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
