Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – South Goa (Local Candidates Only) [Apply in 3 Minutes]

A leading beachside resort located in Salcete Taluk, South Goa is hiring an experienced and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support and enhance the resort’s F&B operations across multiple outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.

This role requires hands-on management, team leadership, guest engagement, and coordination across all F&B service areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in managing daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banquets, room service)

Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the department

Supervise and train F&B staff; manage team schedules, grooming, and performance

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service delivery

Monitor inventory, control costs, and support purchasing and vendor management

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements

Support planning and execution of special events and banquet functions

Work closely with senior management on departmental goals and reporting

Requirements :

3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably in resorts or upscale hotels

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

Good knowledge of restaurant & bar operations, banquets, and in-room dining

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple outlets / events

Must be currently residing in Goa, ideally South Goa or nearby areas

Candidates from outside Goa will not be considered
