Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide legal guidance on RERA compliance, including project registration, drafting / reviewing agreements, and representing clients in RERA matters.
- Manage property transfers under the Transfer of Property Act by conducting due diligence, drafting conveyance deeds, and ensuring smooth registration of properties.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts such as purchase, lease, joint venture, and development agreements while ensuring compliance with the Indian Contract Act.
- Advise on consumer rights and resolve disputes under the Consumer Protection Act related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific rules and regulations, such as land revenue codes and building regulations, while addressing jurisdictional nuances.
- Conduct detailed property due diligence, including title searches, verifying approvals / permits, and assessing risks.
- Manage society / condominium processes, including formation, registration, and handover.
- Represent clients in litigation matters like property disputes, title issues, and contractual conflicts before courts and tribunals.
- Build strong client relationships by providing timely legal solutions and personalized support.
- Maintain organized documentation for real estate transactions and stay updated on evolving real estate laws.
Preferred Skills :
LLB / LLM from a reputed institute with strong knowledge of real estate laws (RERA, Transfer of Property Act, etc.).Expertise in specific areas of real estate law (e.g., land acquisition, development, leasing).Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Proactive self-starter, capable of working independently and in teams.Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Experience with high-value real estate transactions.Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.Attention to detail, client management expertise, and adaptability.Skills Required
