Key Responsibilities :
PMO Specialist responsibilities include planning project management activities, analysing data to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders are updated with progress and support delivery of initiatives.
Support in prioritisation, managing backlog and benefits realisation activities across multiple cross functional data & digital projects.
Support portfolio, program & project management activities across data and digital initiatives in a complex digital supply chain landscape.
Support PMO activities to ensure smoother transition of activities across different business teams / working groups etc.
Gather, document, and analyse information, process workflows and data to identify areas for improvement and process optimisation activities.
Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements documentation.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Create regular performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership and governance committees.
Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in PMO with a minimum of 5-6 years in portfolio / program management role.
Ability to understand business, supply chain landscape, facilitate workshops to ensure alignment with PMO activities Managing relationships with business users, analysts, and other project stakeholders is critical to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
Prior experience in managing & executing data / digital & supply chain initiatives in a complex environment.
Ability to perform reporting analytics & dashboards to update leadership & governance councils.
Ability to understand complex digital supply chain landscape and prior experience with CPG industry is a big plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with ambiguity & complex environment with strong project / people management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks / initiativessimultaneously.
