Job description
  • Contribute to project scheduling, planning, and execution to ensure delivery within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Allocate resources to projects in coordination with the RA (Responsible Authority) and Head of Operations.
  • Prepare the baseline project plan in collaboration with the RA and define the scope of work and key milestones through the Job Briefing Note (JBN).
  • Develop resource plans in coordination with Project Managers (PMs) and Team Leaders.
  • Monitor the baseline plan in weekly and monthly intervals with Project Managers, teams, and Branch Offices based on the following :
  • Start and finish dates
  • Progress based on milestones and cost (as per JBN)
  • Design Progress Indicators (as per BMS)
  • Progress based on man-hours
  • Advise project teams on necessary Railway approvals and submission procedures throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinate with Regional / Branch Offices and provide support from Head Office as required.
  • Prepare and monitor billing plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Generate and maintain project documentation and reports, including :
  • Monthly Progress Reports / MIS
  • Billing Plans
  • Master Monitoring and Controlling Sheets
  • Report project progress regularly to the RA and management.
  • Assist the RA in BMS (Business Management System) and project control activities.
  • Ensure quality control and manage communications with internal teams and external clients to meet project objectives.
