Job description
  • The primary responsibility is to perform Design Review of Pressure Equipment / Vessels in compliance with various codes and regulations such as Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) of the European Union (EU), ASME, IBR, and PESO.
  • Conduct review of Technical Files before submission to Customer or Notified Body (NoBo).
  • Review Drawings and Design Calculations of Pressure Equipment as per PED, ASME, IBR, and PESO standards.
  • Perform Material Inspections following EN and ASME standards (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Oversee Fabrication, Welding, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as per EN and ASME standards (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to design-related requirements of various codes and standards including PED, ASME, IBR, and PESO.
  • Collaborate with Notified Bodies (NoBo) and Pressure Equipment Manufacturers as required.
