Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales and promotion of world-class American automation products designed for the Indian market.
- Conduct technical presentations for customers, analyze technical and business requirements, and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on sales leads and generate new opportunities through telephone and email solicitation.
- Make direct sales to customers and provide necessary support to local distributors in the assigned region.
- Train distributor sales engineers on company products and applications.
- Reside in the assigned marketing area; the company has identified 75 marketing areas across India.
- Manage the activities of sales engineers within the designated region and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Travel extensively within the assigned marketing area to meet customers and distributors.
- Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Undergo continuous training in strategic selling skills, product technical knowledge, and participate in periodic training sessions in the United States.
Prerequisites / Requirements :
Proven track record of significant sales achievements in technical or industrial products.Strong aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts.Aggressive, dynamic, and confident with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.Strong presentation skills, able to address both small and large groups effectively.Clear understanding of the sales process with the motivation to learn advanced strategic selling skills from global experts.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of sales engineers and distributor representatives.Skills Required
