Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Administrator located in Varanasi. The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for overseeing hospital operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care services. The role includes developing and implementing policies, budgeting, and enhancing the efficiency of hospital services. The Hospital Administrator will also be in charge of liaising with medical staff, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferable
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Retired defense personnel also is a plus
