Role Description : Responsible for administering and maintaining data integration platforms ( on-premises and cloud environments). Duties include performance monitoring, backup and recovery, user access management, workflow scheduling, platform upgrades, and providing multilevel technical support. Responsibility :

• Administer and maintain the data integration platform ensuring high availability and optimized performance across on-premises and cloud.
• Implement and manage backup, restore, and archival processes suitable for hybrid environments.
• Monitor platform health, analyze metrics, and execute capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Manage workflow / job scheduling and orchestration for efficient execution.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and version control with minimal downtime.
• Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls securely.
• Provide multi-level technical support, addressing issues from basic monitoring to complex troubleshooting.
• Support the deployment and migration of workflows and related components.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and incident logs.
• Generate reports on platform usage, performance, and user activity.
• Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams for platform integration and optimization.
• Design and implement scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery strategies.
