Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience

Location & Timings : Pune – Work from office & Timing - 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Education Qualification : Masters or bachelor's in computer science or IT or in other relevant discipline from a reputed institute.

Job Descriptions : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes (including GRC processes) and identify areas for improvement.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation and service delivery.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including GRC module implementation.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and compliance posture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business and GRC requirements and develop project plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation for various audiences (BRDs, FSDs, user guides, process maps, etc.) with special emphasis on GRC workflows. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and project team members.
• Identify and manage project risks, compliance gaps, and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business and GRC requirements and present proposed solutions.
• Participate in the development of user acceptance testing plans and scenarios, especially for GRC platforms (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc.).
• Provide support and guidance to project team members during GRC solution implementations. Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery of projects and compliance objectives.
