Lead the end-to-end implementation of procurement digital tools for global clients ensuring timely and successful deployment. Define project scope objectives deliverables and timelines aligning with client expectations. Develop and execute implementation strategies project plans and risk mitigation strategies. Act as the primary point of contact between clients internal stakeholders and development teams Work closely with client teams to understand business requirements and procurement workflows. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and design customized solutions based on client needs. Provide training support and change management guidance to ensure user adoption and satisfaction. Address client concerns troubleshoot implementation challenges and drive continuous improvements. Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with existing procurement applications such as ERP systems spend analytics platforms and procurement suites (SAP Ariba Coupa Jaggaer etc.). Collaborate with technical teams for data migration system configuration and API integrations. Monitor system performance post-deployment and drive enhancements based on user feedback Lead a team of implementation specialists assigning responsibilities and ensuring high performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and procurement analysts.
Qualifications :
Bachelors / Masters degree in business Supply Chain Procurement IT or a related field. 8 years of experience in procurement supply chain or digital tool implementations. Strong knowledge of procurement processes spend analytics tools and procurement software. Prior experience in deploying procurement digital tools.
