About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-first Talent Manager to manage and grow our creator roster. You will act as the strategic and operational partner to influencers — shaping their brand, unlocking collaborations, negotiating deals, guiding content direction, and overseeing campaign execution with excellence.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, respects creativity, and knows how to manage people with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Relationship & Development

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with creators.
• Understand each creator's niche, tone, strengths, audience behavior & growth goals.
• Work closely with creators to plan content calendars, storytelling arcs, and personal brand strategies.
• Conduct regular check-ins to align on performance, goals & upcoming opportunities.
