About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven engineering manager with a strong full-stack background to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large-scale e-commerce environments , a proven track record of managing teams of 25+ engineers , and a passion for driving engineering excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 25+ engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack domains.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery—from architecture and development to testing anddeployment.
• Build and scale complex web applications using Python , Node.Js , and React.Js .
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and continuously improve team productivity and quality metrics.
• Manage technical roadmaps, sprint planning, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in high-traffic e-commerce environments.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
