Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B) packages to corporate clients. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, customizing offerings based on client needs, and achieving sales targets in the corporate segment. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and target prospective corporate clients for hospitality and F&B offerings (events, conferences, corporate retreats, employee engagement packages, etc.)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue objectives.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR heads, event planners, and procurement teams.
Understand client needs and customize hospitality or F&B packages accordingly.
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing packages tailored to corporate requirements.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate events to identify new opportunities.
Develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns for corporate segments.
Provide regular market insights and feedback to management.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of packages.
Coordinate with internal teams to design customized offerings and corporate deals.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
Present weekly / monthly updates on sales KPIs and revenue performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, events, or F&B services.
Key Skills
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong network within corporate sectors (HR, Admin, Event Management firms, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
