With a strong foundation in design innovation and lean manufacturing, we are transforming how lighting and energy solutions are communicated to the world.Role DescriptionThe Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for building brand awareness, executing marketing strategies, and managing digital presence , while also driving direct outreach through personalized emails, cold calls, and client meeting setups .This position requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and a background in marketing and business development . Working directly with leadership, this role will help grow the brand’s presence, acquire new clients, and strengthen customer relationships .Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand awareness strategies.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media posting, content creation, and campaign planning.
- Create and send personalized outreach emails (beyond bulk campaigns) to prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to set up meetings and presentations.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm client meetings with leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, creatives, and campaign development.
- Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, digital creatives, and videos).
- Track and report campaign performance, lead progress, and client interactions.
- Research new business opportunities and maintain updated client databases.Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be client-facing).
- Strong ability to handle calls, personalized emails, and client interactions confidently.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client engagement.
- Prior experience in design, architecture, or interiors industry is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Proven track record in brand-building, outreach campaigns, and meeting setups.
