Job description

Role :

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and creating reports and resolving technical issues.

  • Ability to write SQL queries
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Data formatting etc.)
  • Ability to look at the logs and share the exact error with the tech team
