Designation – Executive Assistant cum Office Manager
Role -
- Good business drafting / reviewing skills
- Project management - Provide coordination, monitoring and communication of project on a daily basis
- Prepare SWOT / study the industry
- Assist in development of presentations for internal and external audience
- Reading / researching documents / papers;
collecting and analysing information
Coordinate meetingsPrepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsOffice managementFormat information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reportsManaging follow ups, attending meetings and making and tracking minutes of meetingsMaking MIS reports and presentation and Business AnalysisEnsure the target audience database is current, accurate, and segmented for optimal use.Such other duties relating to the above, as may be assigned from time to timeSkills
