Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to take ownership of building and managing relationships with B2B agents and partner organizations. The role involves identifying potential agents, onboarding them into our network, and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach potential B2B agents, consultants, and channel partners in target markets.
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with agents and ensure consistent business inflow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure agents are well-supported and motivated.
- Track agent performance, analyze data, and generate reports on business generated through the B2B channel.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand the agent network.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in B2B partnerships, channel sales, or agent management (minimum 2–4 years).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.Familiarity with sales reporting, and market research.Willingness to travel for agent meetings, events, and market expansion.
