Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our export business. The ideal candidate will assist in documentation, coordination, and communication related to export orders, logistics, and office management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all administrative duties including filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment handling.
- Support the export team in order processing, tracking shipments, and updating customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with export regulations.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in administrative or export-related roles.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Basic understanding of export procedures and documentation preferred.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
