Job Description : - Senior Yardi / MRI technical support specialist : -

• A proactive leader and team player with a can-do attitude and desire to learn :
• 5+ years of Yardi Voyager (7, 8 & Elevate) experience (essential).
• Experience with MRI products (desired)
• Experience with Commercial, Occupier, Investment Management & Facility Management service lines and related systems.
• 5+ year of experience with SQL Server database (essential).
• Experience with reporting tools (Yardi- YSR, Filldocs & SQL Script, MRI-Dashboards, Other-Power BI – Views, DAX)
• Experience troubleshooting Yardi Voyager issues front and back end, writing, and executing packages.
• Experience working with data & file transfer tools (API's, ETL interfaces, SFTP), Enterprise Data Warehouses, SSO environments (Okta),
• Accounting and Property Management experience (desired)
• SOX / ISAE3402 and process mapping experience (desired).
