• . 3 year Experience with Yardi Voyager
• . 3 year Experience with MRI Evolution
• . 3 Experience with the UK Real Estate industry and / or Accounting
• . A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and desire to learn :
• . A proven track record of providing great customer service
• . Ability to problem solve
• . Attention to detail
• . Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
• . The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels and across various teams
• . Working knowledge of the Microsoft Applications specifically excel word and PowerPoint.
• . Exposure to Yardi Voyager Property Management Accounting and / or IT industries (desired).
