Job Overview :

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Influencer Marketing Executive

to support our influencer initiatives across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You'll help discover new talent, coordinate collaborations, manage outreach, and track performance.

Responsibilities :

Influencer Discovery & Outreach :

Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.

Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.

Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.

Campaign Coordination :

Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.

Coordinate sample / product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.

Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

Content & Engagement Tracking :

Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.

Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.

Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.

Relationship Management :

Help build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.

Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set budgets.

Cross-team Support :

Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.

Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).

Qualifications :

0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.

Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
