Job description

We’re looking for dynamic and creative Marketing Executives who are passionate about driving impact in the

B2B space . If you have proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management—and love turning insights into powerful campaigns—this role is for you.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand story, engaging customers, and supporting data-driven growth through strong research and analytical skills.

These positions are based out of Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

A. Digital & Brand Marketing :

1.Brand Management

Drive brand positioning and maintain consistency across digital platforms

Manage brand guidelines and ensure aligned communication

2.Digital Campaigns

Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels

Collaborate with sales teams to design campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement

3.Content Creation

Develop compelling marketing content—blogs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and sales collaterals

Build thought-leadership content to strengthen brand authority

4.Social Media Marketing

Design and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence and stakeholder engagement

Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics

5.Events & Product Marketing

Support product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives

Coordinate event marketing activities to maximize visibility and ROI

B. Research & Analytics

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Support business growth with actionable insights derived from market data

Measure, track, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics tools

Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and lead-generation strategies

Qualifications

MBA with specialization in Marketing / Business Analytics

2+ years of experience in

B2B marketing

Strong expertise in

digital marketing, social media, and brand management

Proficiency in

business analytics and research

Excellent communication and content writing skills

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results
