About the Role : We are seeking a visionary and innovative Global Head of Talent Acquisition to design and lead our next-generation hiring strategy. This role will be pivotal in shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard the best global talent, combining scale and specialization with technology-driven transformation. The leader will be responsible for building a high-impact TA function that leverages advanced technology, analytics, and employer branding to deliver talent solutions for today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities :

• Global TA Strategy : Define and drive a future-ready global TA strategy aligned with business growth across India, US, UK, APAC and other key markets.
• Technology-Enabled Hiring : Champion the use of AI, automation, CRM, ATS platforms, and data analytics to make hiring faster, smarter, and more predictive.
• Innovation & Transformation : Introduce digital hiring practices (chatbots, video interviews, AI-based sourcing, talent marketplaces) to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Scale & Specialization : Deliver both large-scale recruitment and niche / specialist talent hiring (ERP, Digital, Cloud, Cyber Security, Emerging tech, BPS).
• Campus & Early Careers : Build differentiated global campus and early-career programs to create future pipelines.
• Employer Branding : Strengthen our global employer brand using digital campaigns, social media, and talent communities.
• Data-Driven Insights : Establish robust TA metrics, dashboards, and predictive models to forecast demand, optimize sourcing, and improve quality of hire.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and CXOs to translate workforce needs into actionable hiring strategies.
• Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse global TA team to be tech-savvy, business-aligned, and outcome-driven.
