- We’re looking for a Growth & Lead Generation — someone who’s hungry to learn, proactive, and excited to play a key role in how sharpely scales.
- You’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine : understanding potential users, engaging with them meaningfully, and turning first impressions into long-term relationships.
- This is not a “just collect leads” role. You’ll be learning how a startup grows from the inside out — touching multiple fronts… all at once .
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and engage with high-potential leads across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, communities, etc.).Qualify leads through smart, personalized conversations.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.Track, analyze, and optimize lead pipelinesExperiment with creative outreach ideas to capture attention and drive engagement.Share insights with leadership to shape our go-to-market and growth strategy.Why This Role Matters
