Key Responsibilities :Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants.Understand client needs and propose suitable construction services and solutions.Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with the operations and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads and promote company brand.###
