We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Springfield Aromatics Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Client Acquisition : Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products & Services.
QUALIFICATION :
Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the relevant field (preferred only aroma chemicals only)Proven experience as a Fragrance Sales Executive or in a relevant industry role is a plus.Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.BENEFITS :
