As a member of Pega Call team at Pega, you will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe, to integrate various telephony systems with Pega Call.

In this role, you'll help us design, develop, implement and test multiple integrations (CTI). This is your chance to get your hands on working on leading telephony systems to integrate with Pega Call which was built on Pega platform.

What You'll Do at Pega :

• You will get trained on Pega Platform.
• Will work on integrations of multiple telephony systems (like Cisco, Avaya) with Pega Call.
• Use Java, JavaScript, JTAPI and Open CTI to integrate telephony systems.
• Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.
