JOB DESCRIPTION :

Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities :

Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns across social platforms
Create engaging and conversion-focused content aligned with brand tone
Drive brand awareness and visibility through storytelling and data-driven insights
Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing for both personal and company profiles
Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives

Required Tools & Skills :

Project management : Trello, Asana, Notion

Analytics and SEO : SEMrush, Ubersuggest

Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflows

Social scheduling and management : Hootsuite, Buffer

Proficient in social media content planning and performance tracking

Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and scaling strategies

Comfortable writing long form, short form content - something on those lines

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Exceptional communication and creative writing skills

Analytical thinker with a balance of creativity and structure

Capable of managing multiple projects independently with clear accountability

Preferably from an engineering background
