To accelerate this journey, were hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who can translate our mission into measurable, scalable growth. This is a high-impact role where youll own multi-channel acquisition, activation, and retention building the engine that fuels Zevos Youll Do
- Own Growth KPIs : Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV by optimizing across the full marketing funnel.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks.
- Funnel & Attribution Mastery : Build and analyze funnel dashboards to track install activation subscription retention, using MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Data-Driven Optimization : Run A / B & multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and pricing to reduce CAC, improve ROAS, and maximize retention.
- Cross-Channel Retention Marketing : Execute email, push, and in-app campaigns to drive engagement, reactivations, and upsells.
- Ad Spend Management : Own and optimize budgets of XY Lakhs / month, ensuring efficient spend allocation across paid channels.
- Creative Experimentation : Collaborate with design & content teams to develop performance-first creatives (UGC, reels, banners, video ads).
- SEO & Paid Synergy : Work closely with the content / SEO team to ensure paid + organic strategies complement each other.
- Advanced Targeting & Segmentation : Leverage audience insights, lookalikes, RLSAs, and behavioral cohorts for precise targeting.
- Analytics & Reporting : Create real-time dashboards (GA4, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio) to communicate performance, insights, and growth Were Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (preferably consumer tech / D2C / apps).
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube), and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Strong command over CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Track record of scaling monthly active users and reducing CAC by at least 2030% through data-driven optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel / Sheets, SQL basics, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent storytelling skills ability to translate numbers into growth strategies for leadership.
- A growth hacker mindset : experimental, scrappy, and willing to test 100 things to find 1 big win.
